We're confident Trail Armour will work for you.

If it doesn't, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — including shipping. No need to return the product.

Trail Armour is handmade in small batches in Queensland, Australia. We stand behind every tube, jar and bottle.

How to request a refund

Email us at alana@trailarmour.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A quick note on what didn't work for you (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll process the refund within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

Faulty or damaged products

If your Trail Armour arrived damaged or faulty, we'll replace it or refund you in full. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law and we take it seriously.

Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll sort it immediately.
