We want you to love Trail Armour! If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you're not happy with your Trail Armour, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — including shipping. No need to return the product.
How to Request a Refund:
1. Contact us at alana@trailarmour.com.au within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Let us know what didn't work for you (optional, but helps us improve)
4. Refund processed within 2 business days, back to your original payment method
5. Typically takes 3-5 business days to appear in your account
Why no return required?
Trail Armour is handmade in small batches in Queensland. We trust you, and we stand behind every tube, jar and bottle.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
• Take photos within 48 hours of delivery
• Contact us immediately at alana@trailarmour.com.au with photos
• We'll send a replacement at no cost
• We'll lodge a courier claim with Australia Post for damaged shipments
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law:
For faulty, damaged, or misrepresented products, you're entitled to a full refund including shipping. This is your right and we take it seriously. For international customers, your local consumer protection laws apply.
Outside the 30-Day Window:
If it's been more than 30 days, get in touch anyway. We're a small business and we care — we'll always do our best to help.
Change of Mind After 30 Days:
Unopened products returned after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
